When I ordered this rug (actually ordered 2), I apparently didn't read the "indoor/outdoor" description and didn't realize it until I reviewed my order after it was placed. I was looking for a softer rug for a guest room. These are more along the lines of the scratchy plastic rugs you'd use out in your gazebo or on a deck - made more for high traffic areas.However, the quality is excellent and the product photo was true to color. While they weren't what I was really looking for, I've decided to keep them. We tend to be rough on rugs in this household, so while these aren't even remotely soft, I suspect they WILL hold up like iron. They do look good in the room, too. I'll just have to get my guests some fuzzy slippers instead!
